Our story
Founded in 2023, from a simple observation.
Most companies weren't short on AI ambition — they were short on the hands-on engineering it takes to turn a good idea into something running in production. We saw teams buying platforms, hiring consultants, and running pilots that never touched a real workflow. The bottleneck wasn't vision; it was execution.
Alpha Proxima was started to be the engineering partner we wished existed: small, senior, embedded, and accountable for what actually ships. We don't drop recommendations and leave — we sit with your team, write the code, and make sure the system works in the wild.
Since then, we've worked as an extension of our clients' teams — embedding directly, building alongside them, and staying accountable for outcomes rather than handing off a report and moving on.
